All children should have access to clear vision Since 2005 Ethical Vision has been a direct supporter of selected charities that provide eye care and eye wear to those who need and simply can not afford glasses .
From the eyewear donated to us by generous frame designers, through to the independent optical stores and not forgetting the big hearted consumer who wants to look great, see well and give back .
It's a beautiful chain reaction.

Our Founder
Gillian Caplan
Twenty years ago, Gillian Caplan launched her optical store. During this time, I supported an eye clinic in Kenya by taking frames to them, donating funds raised from sales and crucially visiting regularly to share my dispensing and business skills.
I wanted other opticians to get involved in giving back, and Ethical Vision was born.
We currently have projects in Africa, Brazil and India and continue to donate profits from the sale of my glasses frames to Ethical Vision.
